What is it?

The 2 Montys have teamed up with some of Newcastle and the Hunter’s best wedding vendors to create a complete wedding package that is fully donated by each of the generous vendors. We’re talking everything from jewellery to catering, venue to the honeymoon – it’s all donated in one epic package that is to be auctioned off at a live auction on Tuesday 14th February – with 100% of proceeds going to The Mark Hughes Foundation. Doors open at 5pm and we kick off around 6pm.

 

Why?

We realised the power of community over competition and together with an incredibly generous wedding industry, we had the potential to raise some serious money for charity. And let’s face it, 2 Montys are better than 1.

What are the details?

Thanks to the very generous donations from some of Newcastle and the Hunter’s greatest wedding vendors, we have created an all-inclusive package valued at over $90,000. Be sure to follow us on Instagram @ _the2montys_ for all announcements including vendors.

This package will be sold to the highest bidder at our live auction, to be held on-site at The Anchorage on Tuesday 14th February. This package CANNOT be won, as this isn’t a competition. Instead loved up couples will turn up to The Anchorage, on 14th February, with their hearts and wallets, ready to bid on this amazing wedding package. 100% of the winning bid will go straight to our friends at The Mark Hughes Foundation (https://markhughesfoundation.com.au).

 

When and where is the auction?

Tuesday 14th February 2023 is auction day at The Anchorage, Port Stephens.

Doors open at 5pm and we kick off around 6pm.

 

When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will be on Friday July 26th 2024 at The Anchorage, Port Stephens.
